Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS presented by Circle K Tournament Update

JACKSONVILLE, FL – With less than 20 days until the legends of the game tee it up at the Constellation FURYK & FRIENDS presented by Circle K for the inaugural PGA TOUR Champions event to be held at Timuquana Country Club, October 8-10, several competition, fan experience and community impact reminders and announcements were made today.

COMPETITION: A stellar field of many of the game’s most celebrated and accomplished players have committed to play at the Constellation Furyk & Friends presented by Circle K including a group of golfers who have combined to win 34 majors on the PGA TOUR and 46 major championships on PGA TOUR Champions. This group is highlighted by six-time major winner Phil Mickelson, whose most recent victory came at this year’s PGA Championship, four-time winner Ernie Els as well as tournament host Jim Furyk, who has victories at both the U.S. Open in 2003 and the U.S. Senior Open this year.

Other major champions in the field include three-time major champion Padraig Harrington who will make his PGA TOUR Champions debut at the event, three-time major winner Vijay Singh, two-time major winners John Daly, Lee Janzen, Bernhard Langer and Retief Goosen.

FAN EXPERIENCE: Fans can expect an exciting and welcoming atmosphere for those who love the game, but also for families or those more interested in a social atmosphere. After having the option of arriving in style by water on the Circle K Caddie (Water Taxi), one area that will surely draw all fans and is open to general admission ticket holders is the Circle K ParTee Porch.

The Circle K Caddie (Water Taxi) will be open for free general spectator transportation to and from the tournament from Friday, October 8 – Sunday, October 10 bringing a unique opportunity for fans to arrive in style while enjoying the beautiful backdrop of downtown Jacksonville from the St. Johns River. Please visit the parking section of the tournament web-site to download PDF passes for daily parking at Lot R. The Circle K Caddie will run to and from the dock every 30-45 minutes, with the last taxi leaving Timuquana Country Club 30 minutes after play ends. The Circle K Caddie will drop off behind the Timuquana Country Club clubhouse.

The Circle K ParTee Porch, located on the 7^th hole is also open to the public. In the heart of the action, fans will find the Circle K ParTee Porch, which will offer incredible views of the 7th, 11th and 12th holes and feature numerous unique experiences:

• Bar rail and seatback views lining the par-3 7th hole
• Birdie Beer! $2 beers with every 2 made on the par-3 7^th hole

Community Impact – The Constellation Furyk and Friends Champions Breakfast presented by Ash Properties will feature 18-time major champion, Jack Nicklaus; his wife, Barbara Nicklaus, and PGA TOUR Champions President Miller Brady. In addition to a memorable and intimate program for guests of the breakfast that includes one of the greatest golfers to ever tee it up, those who purchase a seat at the breakfast will also receive VIP access to the tournament in Club 58, an all-Inclusive Hospitality Suite located on the 17^th hole.
